We only collect the information you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form on this website, that means your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.

Choosing "Send enquiry" submits those details to this website, which emails them to us and does not store them in a database. If you use the call or WhatsApp buttons instead, nothing is submitted to us through this website at all — those simply open your phone or WhatsApp with the details pre-filled, and you send the message yourself.

We use the details you send only to reply to your enquiry, arrange lessons and provide the instruction you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website — which pages are read, and whether visitors tap to call or message us. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this and receives your IP address, which it uses to estimate your general location. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not sell or share this data.

We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies. If you would rather not be measured at all, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google’s official opt-out add-on; the website works exactly the same either way.

The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies in your browser, as any embedded content would. You can avoid this by not opening the contact page, or by blocking cookies in your browser; the rest of the site works normally either way.

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser information when you submit the form. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use this data for advertising or cross-site tracking.

When you submit the enquiry form, the message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider. Resend processes the details you entered — your name, email address, phone number, chosen service and message — solely in order to deliver that one email to us. It does not use them for any other purpose.

Enquiries and lesson records are kept only as long as needed to provide instruction and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to us, after which they are deleted.

If we add a mailing list, an online booking system, advertising cookies, or change the providers named above, this policy will be updated to describe it before that change goes live.
